About LOTI
LOTI is a guide on what to consider before starting your learning journey.
It’s a consolidation of creator built courses and easy filtering based on what matters to you.
It’s also a tool to provide personalized recommendations.
And more importantly, its A Student Union.
Why Student Union
In high school, where we spend 4-6 yrs, there’s a support system to help decide what classes to take, what college to apply to.
In College, where we spend 3-6 yrs, there’s a support system to help with choosing a degree + gaining clarity around a job.
But while in our career, where we spend 40-50 years, there is no continuous support system to help navigate lifelong learning and career advancement.
This lack of support is only magnified as upskilling/reskilling moves primarily online and happens in parallel with work.
Conclusion
LOTI helps in building this support system by creating the Student Union for the Internet.
